Great news! Shipping is absolutely FREE in Australia. For international shipping we have a flat rate fee of $8 AUD, however if you order over $100 AUD shipping is absolutely FREE!
As with individual screen settings on all devices, there may be a very slight variation (we’re talking miniscule here) between the product you receive and the product you ordered. Trust us, what you see is almost exactly what you’ll get.

Consistency is convenient, and convenience for customers is of paramount importance to DARK. Therefore, our size guide is across the board for all garments. If you’re a medium in one, you’re a medium in all. If you’re a large in one, you’re a large in all. If you’re a… You get the idea. Change your mind? What?! Just kidding. We offer exchanges, credit notes or refunds on full-price items only. For domestic orders, items must be returned within 10 days (in our custom packaging, if possible). For all international orders, please email for shipping information. Please note we do not offer exchanges, credit notes nor refunds on our sale items. For full details, please refer to our terms and conditions.

If the item is faulty, we do offer exchanges or refunds including postage costs. Please email to advise us of the faulty item.
